I recently had the pleasure of staying at Deer Park – with a party of 10 – that was booked by my good friend Andrea Thompson.
I must say what an amazing weekend we all had. The house is beautiful, with everything you can think of provided for a really comfortable stay. It is beautiful and clean and obviously very well cared for. The furnishings and fittings were beautiful with a number of very different and interesting items to look at and books to read.
We went to Scampston Fayre on the Saturday which was within walking distance and visited Eden Camp on the Sunday – which was just a short drive away. The rest of the time we stayed ‘home’ – well why would you not want to stay home in such a beautiful place.
I would highly recommend Deer Park but only to some of my ‘best friends’ – well I wouldn’t want to let just ‘anyone’ stay there would I!
